I hereby certify that I am the legal owner of the motor vehicle described above, or the authorized agent of the legal owner. I authorize Bullet Towing to release the vehicle to the person(s) and/or insurance company named above, or their agent. I understand that all towing, storage and administrative fees must be paid in full before release, and that the vehicle must be removed from the lot at the time of release. I release Bullet Towing from any claim arising from releasing the vehicle to the person or company I have named.

Florida Statutes §713.78 — Wrecker lien notice. Bullet Towing holds a lien on every vehicle it tows or stores for reasonable towing, storage and administrative fees. Storage charges continue to add up every day the vehicle stays on our lot. A vehicle that is not picked up and paid for may be sold at public sale, free of all prior liens, 35 days after storage for vehicles more than 3 model years old, or 57 days after storage for vehicles 3 model years old or newer, after notice by certified mail to the registered owner, insurer and lienholders.
