Impound Release Requirements

A valid government‑issued photo ID is required.

The person picking up the vehicle must be the registered owner. If the registered owner cannot be present, additional documentation will be required (power of attorney, notarized letter, etc.).

Accepted Payment Methods For Impounded Vehicles are:

Cash
Money orders
Cashiers Check
Zelle
Cash App
Apple Pay

No credit cards or debit cards.

An after‑hours fee of $35 will apply on:

Weekends
Holidays
Any non‑operational hours outside of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

All fees must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.

The vehicle must be removed from the lot immediately upon release.
